I spent years in the Army learning how to lead — and then I traded my uniform for a pair of shears. For 15+ years I've been behind the chair, having one-on-one conversations that go way deeper than hair. I've learned that transformation starts with being seen.

Getting my TEDx talk — "Finding Integrity in Difficult Conversations" — changed my life. It's been viewed by thousands and opened doors I didn't know existed. Now I help others do the same. I've coached 50+ speakers through the TEDx process, from refining their idea to delivering on stage.
